You can use Vimeo Review in the “Develop” part of the ADDIE process. To un-resolve it, click the check-mark again. When items are taken care of, you can click the gray checkmark at the top of each comment to resolve it. It’s also handy that you can download a CSV file with all of the comments and replies to stay organized. You and your reviewers can reply to each comment right there on Vimeo! Do this by clicking on the “reply” button right on the comment. Even when the feed is hidden, you can still leave comments by clicking on the video. When there’s a lot of feedback clouding the feed, you can also click “hide notes” to hide the feed and focus on the video. You can also click on the white marks on the play bar and the related comment will show as highlighted. When you click on the comment, it will take you to the part of the video related to the comment. Make sure your reviewers are on the same page or ask someone to be The Consolidator. Then, all you have to do is copy that link and send it to your reviewers! The reviewers don’t even need to have Vimeo accounts to use this system, which is great when you’re working with clients or large teams.
